We are looking for a C-Level Welder to join our dynamic team!
DROP Group provides support and resources to our design and manufacturing companies within the industrial manufacturing and marine fields. We primarily create made-to-order sprockets and marine components with industry leading turnaround times and quality.
As a Welder at DROP, you'll be contributing to our key product lines, using machinery and materials to complete components to customer specifications with a high degree of acccuracy.

Grinding, welding, deburring, keying products.Â
Work area (Cell) clean up and improvements.
Weld to specifications on parts in production.
Use drill presses, saws, and milling machines to complete orders.
Assist in ensuring that the shop is clean and safe.
Complete final assembly of components to meet customer fit and finish expectations.
Load and unload raw materials, transferring them to appropriate work stations.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Requirements
C-Level Ticket or equivalent experience
Ability to multi-task in a SUPER fast paced environment.
Understand how to read and interpret technical drawings.
Willingness and passion to quickly learn skills and knowledge that you don’t currently possess
